A ready to use vial (RTU), also known as a ready to fill vial (RTF) is a vial that has been pre-washed with USP WFI water, depyrogenated with heat, and sterilized by one of several methods, including ethylene oxide, steam, electron beam radiation, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, or other sterilization methods. A Ready to Use / Ready to Fill sterile vial is typically offered in double or triple bagged trays in a non-stoppered, unsealed format to allow rapid filling via automated pipet systems typically found in compounding pharmacies, 503b outsourcing manufacturing facilities and other closely regulated pharmaceutical and biological manufacturing facilities. WASHED AND STERILE VIAL STOPPERS

We offer pre-washed & sterilized vial stoppers in both 13mm and 20mm sizes. Our sterile vial stoppers are made from USP grade butyl rubber, washed using USP grade water, dried using submicron filtered air, and then gamma irradiated at a minimum 25 kGy -Kilograys using Cobalt-60. STERILE VIAL SEALS

To complete our sterile vial packaging kits, we offer washed and sterilized matte finish flip cap vial seals (premium private label brand). Our sterile grain matte finish flip cap vial seals have no embossed lettering in the plastic to comply with USP guidelines. These seals are washed with purified water, dried in a submicron filtered air flow room, bagged into 1,000-piece sterilization bags, then sterilized with ethylene oxide.
