West Pharmaceutical 20mm Flip Off Tear
Off vial seals are available in several colors.
This specific style of vial seal should not be confused with a standard
Flip Off vial seal, as there are distinct
characteristics to a West Flip Off-Tear Off vial seal that makes it
unique.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1). Fill a 20mm crimp finish serum vial of your choice with its
intended contents.
2). Add a 20mm stopper of your choice to the vial.
3). Use our Kebby 20mm flip cap vial crimper 20002 to crimp this West
FLIP OFF-TEAR OFF seal onto the vial.
YOU THEN HAVE TWO OPTIONS FOR EMPTYING THE VIAL
4a. When the contents are to be removed with a syringe, flip off the
plastic cap off to expose the surface of the rubber stopper.
OR
4b. After you flip off the plastic cap, you will see a pull tab that
allows you to lift then pull down the side of the
aluminum seal skirt to completely remove all of the aluminum seal to
completely remove the vial seal AND the vial
stopper underneath. This allows you to then POUR OUT the contents of
the vial.
