Since these sterile vials are already sealed, the only way you can fill these without taking them apart is by use of a filling syringe. Since filling these sealed sterile vials by syringe is time consuming, these pre-sealed sterile vials are best for small volume filling requirements.

We offer pre-washed & sterilized vial stoppers in both 13mm and 20mm sizes. Our sterile vial stoppers are made from USP grade butyl rubber, washed using USP grade water, dried using submicron filtered air, and then gamma irradiated at a minimum 10 kGy -Kilograys using Cobalt-60. Both sterility testing and Endotoxin testing is performed by a US located testing facility that is both FDA and ISO certified.

STERILE VIAL SEALS

To complete our sterile vial packaging kits, we offer washed and sterilized matte finish flip cap vial seals (premium private label brand). Our sterile grain matte finish flip cap vial seals have no embossed lettering in the plastic to comply with USP guidelines. These seals are washed with purified water, dried in a submicron filtered air flow room, bagged into 1,000-piece sterilization bags, then sterilized with ethylene oxide. Sterility and Endotoxin testing is performed and documented for all batches prior to sale.
